ALAN NGUYEN
Founding Partner
Alan brings decades of policy and political experience to Kwinn Consulting. Alan previously served as Director of Research at the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) Independent Expenditure. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Research and Messaging at In Pursuit Of, Director of Political Research at Americans for Prosperity, and is an alum of the Romney presidential campaign. He holds a juris doctor from Harvard Law School.

ANDY KOENIG
Founding Partner
Prior to entering the private sector, Andy served in the White House as a Special Assistant to President Donald J. Trump for Legislative Affairs during his first term. While at the White House, Andy worked closely with Congress to pass many of President Trump’s key policy priorities. Those victories include the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, more than a dozen deregulatory bills under the Congressional Review Act, and bills to reform criminal justice and federal job training programs. Over a span of seven years in the House of Representatives, Andy served in several policy positions including Policy Director of the House Republican Conference under Chairman Jeb Hensarling (R-TX). After his time as a Congressional staffer, Andy worked in non-profit issue advocacy as the Vice President of Policy for Freedom Partners Chamber of Commerce before entering the White House.
